With the 2023 version of Elements, Adobe launched a limited web inteface for the app. With it, you can add media either from the installed program or from the device you're browsing on, whether that's your computer or mobile device. You can then access those files from the installed program. The web app, accessible at elements.adobe.com serves both Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements. In addition to the basic storing and viewing of uploaded media, it lets you create slideshows and photo collages. These creations can take some time, so there's an option to have an email sent to you when one is completed. You can even start a new one while earlier ones are still cooking.
